and Slam Stewart, who are working
together since 2004 in the central Virginia and metro
D.C. area. Their focus is on teaching and sharing their
musical gifts and talents as far as their journey together
takes them!

bien" means "it's all good" to sit back
and groove to the cool, Latin funk and world music of
the ¡Está Bien, Slam! band -- a 4-piece
"grupo" of long-time musical family friends
who all love to create, play, and sing Latin, jazzy,
funky versions of old-time salsa, jazz, and R&B
tunes that you know and love! The band family includes
musical duo Becky (keys/flute) and Slam (percussion);
Dave Guzman (on bass who played salsa music with Becky
back in the day with "UnMundo Salsa”); and
"forever favorite Saxophonist", Daphne Cashion
